The inaugural phase in our private label product journey entails consultation and formulation. During this crucial step, we engage in-depth discussions with our clients to understand their unique vision and requirements. Designing & Registration
Our second pivotal step in the private label product creation process involves helping our clients in the designing and registration. During this phase, we work closely with our clients’ designer to craft a distinctive and eye-catching design that encapsulates their brand identity and vision. Simultaneously, we help our clients in the registration processes, ensuring that the product complies with all regulatory requirements and standards. This stage not only results in a visually captivating product but also guarantees its legal and regulatory readiness for the market, setting the stage for a successful private label venture that stands out from the competition.
Manufacturing
Our unique approach to high-quality production of pharmaceutical and cosmetics allows us to take on challenges that our competitors cannot handle.
Our experts develop scientifically proven and effective formulations, manufacture using GMP-compliant equipment, and fill and package under strict quality control measures.
In addition, our 1000 square meter production area is well-equipped with state-of-the-art production machines that are subject to continuous maintenance, cleaning and renewal.
In 2011, Juman Factory became GMP-Certified by Jordan Food & Drug Administration with the following accredited manufacturing lines:
1- Semi-Solid preparations (Cream, Gel, and Ointment).
2- Liquid Preparations (Mouthwash, and Solution).
3- Solid Preparations (Powder).
We use the same production facilities for our proprietary production and for private label manufacturing for other parties. All products are mixed, filled, capped, labeled, coded and wrapped under rigorous quality control procedures and standards.
Product testing is conducted at multiple stages of formulation and manufacturing to ensure consistency and quality.
Packaging
Juman offers a wide range of high quality, modern packaging options with a vast assortment of components to meet the different market trends and customer’s requirements.
Our sourcing, filling and packaging capability covers a wide range of options including, but not limited to, plastics and glass jars, bottles and tubes; in addition to sealed pouches or boxes among many other creative options.
Further, our team extends its support through a team of graphic designers and print houses to assist clients in choosing and creating customized artwork, package decoration, labeling and printing material for primary and secondary packaging.
Product Testing
Having a fully-equipped on-site laboratory, Juman performs comprehensive chemical, physical and microbiological testing of all products during manufacturing and after packaging, thereby ensuring that all important criteria are properly and thoroughly evaluated.
Our laboratory team of experts offers an array of standard and custom tests that comply with the international regulatory and compendial guidelines. This ensures that the best quality, standard-compliant products reach the customers and that the products meet the registration and trading requirements in Jordan, Europe and worldwide.
Delivery
In the final stage of our private label product journey, operating on an Ex Works (EXW) basis, we prioritize efficient delivery right from our facility to our local customers or to the shipping company to deliver it to our customers in different countries. Once the product has been meticulously crafted and packaged to perfection, we ensure it’s prepared for pickup at our premises. Furthermore, we go the extra mile by assisting our clients in securing favorable shipping rates from reputable logistics companies. Our commitment doesn’t end with the product; we aim to facilitate a seamless and cost-effective delivery process, ensuring our clients can introduce their branded products to the market with ease and financial efficiency.
